Since their establishment in 2015 by the United Nations, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have universally become a roadmap for organizations and countries across the globe, guiding their efforts toward achieving a more equitable, sustainable, and prosperous tomorrow for every citizen of the world. These 17 interlinked goals have been developed to address global challenges, including disease and lack of access to health care, poverty, climate change, and inequality. As symbolized by their interconnected nature, success in one area often requires addressing issues in another, reflecting the complexity and interdependence of these global challenges. For the purposes of this article, we are going to focus on Sustainable Development Goal number 3, 'Good Health and Well-being,' to elaborate on how improving access to health care and promoting wellness will impact women's health, with a specific focus on FemTech and clinical studies.
